I'm interested, but my mobility is about to be severely limited by an operation - if we're upstairs, I think it's a 'no' for me.

I'll be there.

Have you got a list of venues for the evening meets season yet, Will? I want to look at it and complain that the places I want to go aren't featured

Will, the first half of the year is up on the board. Complain away, or don't :)

Ok, my operation's been postponed, so I will now be free for this as things stand (not expecting a date before the 10th).

Looks good to me. The only things I would say are: can we go to Earl at some point; and Spofforth may not be the best if lots of people are going to come. I know the farmer has asked people to leave in the last couple of years, so best not to turn up with a big group.

It's bouldering though so according to Luke it's "not real climbing" and only a few weirdos will turn up. Worth bearing in mind if a lot of people intend to come that it may not be suitable though.

Will I was kicking myself when I realised I'd missed Earl once I submitted the final list of meets for the year! Its a great venue, I'm sure we can arrange a trip up there at some point, it won't be on the meets list though.

I understand what you are saying about Spofforth, however I think that we are a reasonably considerate group of people. I put it on the list to get people interested in some less popular Leeds local crags which are still great quality. I will be advising people to park at the further large lay-by and walk that little bit extra to the pinnacles.
